We advertise our 事件 and 培训 courses on our website. In legal terms this is known as an “invitation to treat”; when you click on ‘book now’ this becomes a contractual offer between us and you. 直到你方的订单被接受并完成后，我们才能正式签订合同. The process you’ll go through to get to this point is as follows:

Payment must be made in full before your booking can be finally confirmed. 付款必须通过 Opayo, formerly known as Sage Pay, on our website with a credit or debit card, via BACS or a cheque. We reserve the right to change the date or venue, or cancel at any given time

You have the right to cancel your place under these terms

Limitations and exclusions of liability

Nothing in these online booking terms will limit or exclude the liability of a party for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; limit or exclude the liability of a party for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by that party; limit any liability of a party in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or exclude any liability of a party that may not be excluded under applicable law.
